Ian Roxburgh
Ian has been full-grain brewing for more than a decade, but thanks to Covid in 2020, went hard and took it to the next level, purchasing a bunch of new equipment and getting creative. After successfully completing the Ku Leuven ‘Science of Brewing’ Course in 2021 and the TAFE NSW Brewing Course (Cert. III in Food Processing – Micro Brewing) in 2022. Ian has spent time at The Australian Brewery, Yullis, Akasha, Malt Shovel, 4 Pines and Young Henrys, before joining Endeavour in early 2023.
